I'm such a horrible blogger! :(

I'm so sorry, you guys. I know, I know. I say that every time, but it's really been a busy couple of weeks.  First, I was going to post on World Down Syndrome Day, but that didn't work out. Then, I was going to post on my birthday, but that (of course) was a very busy day. However, I do have pictures to share from these events! :)

Rocking our funky socks on World Down Syndrome Day!

I thought an emoji birthday party would be perfect
considering it's my last one as a teenager.

                                                                                       #19

                                                                 All of my goodies! :)

Now, this was the present I was most excited for! The Bean Boozled Challenge! If you haven't heard of that before, it's a game that involves different flavors of jelly beans. There's a disgusting flavor and there's a delicious flavor. However, they look exactly the same so there's no way to figure out which is which unless you bite into it! As gross as it was, it was so much fun! I highly recommend this game...only if you have a strong stomach and if you don't, make sure you have a bucket close by because some of those flavors...I can't even describe how bad they were!

So, my birthday was a lot of fun, but apparently the common cold fairy decided to come visit me. I had a sore throat the night before my birthday and I was hoping it was nothing, but of course it was something. I remember feeling so bad when I woke up on my birthday morning and I actually felt worse as the day went on! Like, on the way to Olive Garden to have my birthday dinner, I could tell I was burning up with fever. Ugh, and I ended up running a pretty high fever a couple of days afterward too. But I did enjoy my dinner and spending time with my family. All in all it was an amazing night! Oh, and I personally would recommend the chicken and broccoli alfredo from OG! It was SO good!

Okay, now some breaking news. lol So...I'm dating someone now. It all kind of happened really fast so that's all I'm saying right now. If there are any updates on this situation, I'll let you know! lol

Lots of Love,
Meagan :)

Preparing for the future!

School has started back and so far I've got nothing but A's and B's! I, also, have very strong feeling that I've found what I want to do as a career. My plan is to attend college and get a degree in business administration. I'm hoping from there that I can start my own business of some kind...maybe a bakery or something like that. This is the one idea that I've been the most comfortable with! So, please, wish me luck as I continue on my journey with school and life! I hate to end this post so early, but unfortunately I'm not feeling too well today. :( However, I'm really hoping that I can start posting more often and for you guys to get to know me better! So, if you have any appropriate questions for me like what my favorite color or food is, just comment your question and I will be happy to answer them!

What A Month!

It's been such a chaotic couple of weeks! Seriously! I'm so sorry for being MIA, but I've got a good reason for it. First of all, we moved! Yep, we're staying at my grandma's until an apartment opens up. Which, of course, has been hectic. Plus, my great aunts have been here visiting and they're also staying with my grandma so yeah...it's been a crazy couple of weeks to say the least. Oh, and might I say how happy I was when my little sister got the stomach virus! :( Luckily we were still at our old house when this happened and my sister and her family had already moved out so I had a bathroom all to myself that was not contaminated! Even though my anxiety was through the roof, I managed to get through the next couple of days without getting sick. Thankfully, my mom didn't get sick either which is very weird considering she cleaned up after her and held the bowl up to her mouth as she puked. This is the first time no one else has gotten it and it really ...

Writing can be hard sometimes...

For the past 3 years, I've been thinking about the same characters, setting, and plot for a story. I have started it over and over again, but I never felt like it was good enough so I gave up on it. Well, a couple days ago I decided to give it another try and I finally feel comfortable with it. I plan on finishing this story and (hopefully) getting it published. That is my goal for this year! Even though there's no guarantee that I'll get it published, it will be a great start just to get it finished. Okay, guys, wish me luck!
