I'm Back!

Hi everyone! I'm so sorry for the very long hiatus! I have a great reason for it though. I got a job! I started working back in June and so far...it's been quite the experience. There are some days I wish I could quit and then other days, I'm happy to be working. I guess that's just the whole first job experience. Oh. and even more great news:         The email I got from my teacher!  My Diploma! 😍 Yep! I graduated! So, as you can tell a lot has happened over the past few months.  I really feel like an adult now! 😂  I'm still really sorry for the long pause from posting, but work really has been taking up most of my time...But I promise I will do better!  Anyway, thanks so much for sticking around even when I wasn't writing as much. I really appreciate it! You guys are awesome! ❤ Lots of Love, Meagan :)

New Month, New Me!

I'm 7 days into my "no junk food diet" and the first couple of days went great! However, the last couple of days have been a little hard. I've been wanting to emotional eat and my cravings are constant. I have been exercising more though, which is great! But I have to get completely back on track if I want to lose some weight by June 1st! So, as you can tell, this is only the beginning of my weight loss journey. I'm hoping to come back with some great updates and share my story to inspire others! Wish me luck! :) To Be Continued...

I'm such a horrible blogger! :(

I'm so sorry, you guys. I know, I know. I say that every time, but it's really been a busy couple of weeks.  First, I was going to post on World Down Syndrome Day, but that didn't work out. Then, I was going to post on my birthday, but that (of course) was a very busy day. However, I do have pictures to share from these events! :)                                                                                      Rocking our funky socks on World Down Syndrome Day!                                                                                                                                                 I thought an emoji birthday party would be perfect                                               considering it's my last one as a teenager.                                                                                                                                                      #19

Monthly Faves: March!

I tend to develop a new obsession every month so I figured why not share my favorites with you guys? My favorite for this month: Vlogs!  I started watching vlogs back in 2013 back when I was obsessed with watching gender reveal videos on Youtube. Come to think of it, I still love watching those kinds of videos.  (I mean come on...I can't be the only one who loves watching someone find out the gender of their baby especially in a fun and creative way. It brings so much joy and excitement!) Anyway...The first vloggers I found were Ellie and Jared! I found the gender reveal video when Ellie was pregnant with her first son, Jackson. I instantly fell in love with them! They seem like such an amazing family. Plus, they are hilarious! Ellie's siblings also have vlogs and I love watching theirs too! There are a ton more that I just recently started watching so here are my top 13 favorites that I've been binge-watching for days! I'll leave links to each channel so you ca

What A Month!

It's been such a chaotic couple of weeks! Seriously! I'm so sorry for being MIA, but I've got a good reason for it. First of all, we moved! Yep, we're staying at my grandma's until an apartment opens up. Which, of course, has been hectic. Plus, my great aunts have been here visiting and they're also staying with my grandma so yeah...it's been a crazy couple of weeks to say the least. Oh, and might I say how happy I was when my little sister got the stomach virus! :( Luckily we were still at our old house when this happened and my sister and her family had already moved out so I had a bathroom all to myself that was not contaminated! Even though my anxiety was through the roof, I managed to get through the next couple of days without getting sick. Thankfully, my mom didn't get sick either which is very weird considering she cleaned up after her and held the bowl up to her mouth as she puked. This is the first time no one else has gotten it and it really

Life's Difficult,but Beautiful.

Life is hard for everyone, but it has such beauty. Lately, I've been making a lot of mistakes like shattering a glass plate all over the kitchen floor and killing my mom's car battery while waiting in the parking lot. Sorry mom! Even when life's at it's ugliest, it's still beautiful. I know. It's hard to think like that. People are homeless. People are starving. People are being murdered. People are dying from cancer. It's horrible and sad, but life will always be beautiful. Your life. Her life. His life. All beautiful. I'm telling you this because I want you to realize it before it's too late. I don't want you to realize it when your family member is on their deathbed or someone you know goes missing. Enjoy every single moment with your friends and family. For every beautiful life cut short, live for them. For every beautiful life starving, feed them. For every beautiful life homeless, shelter them. For every beautiful life going t
